American Federation of Teachers
Partners on the launch and management of the Speak Truth to Power Video Contest. In addition, STTP lesson plans are featured on AFT’s “Share My Lesson” platform.

Elkhart Education Foundation
Works with the human rights education team to implement STTP curriculum on a district-wide basis through teacher training.

Tribeca Film Institute
Partners to promote film as a tool for human rights activism through the Speak Truth to Power Video Contest. The grand prize-winning film will premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival.
Nizami Ganjavi International Center
Nizami Ganjavi International Center is a cultural, nonprofit, nonpolitical organization dedicated to the memory of the great Azerbaijani poet Nizami Ganjavi and to the study and dissemination of his works with a mission to build a dialogue and understanding between cultures and peoples for building functional and inclusive societies. Together with Speak Truth to Power, the center brings human rights learning to Sarajevo and presents world leaders to students around the world through a speaker series.
Speak Truth to Power Canada
In 2014, the Speak Truth to Power team embarked on a partnership to create lesson plans that reflect the Canadian contribution to the world’s human rights journeys from multiple perspectives. Local partners include the Assembly of First Nations, Canadian Teachers’ Federation, Inuit Tapiriit Kanatami, and the Canadian Museum for Human Rights.
Speak Truth to Power Italy
Active in the field of human rights education since 2007, Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Italy has developed training courses for teachers and students based on the tenets of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Speak Truth to Power Sarajevo
Officially launched in 2019, STTP Sarajevo grew out of a partnership with Nizami Ganvi International Center. Through teacher trainings, translation of lessons and activities, and developing lead educators, STTP Sarajevo serves as a training center for all of Bosnia and Herzegovina and other countries of the Western Balkans.
Speak Truth to Power Spain
After the successful adaptation, implantation, and launch of RFK Human Rights’ Speak Truth to Power human rights education program several years prior, RFK Spain was officially created in 2018. Principal partners in the early years included the International Studies Foundation at the College for International Studies (CIS), the Gregorio Peces-Barba Foundation, Fulbright Spain, and the Education Ministry of Madrid.
Speak Truth to Power Switzerland
Developed in close cooperation with the Competence Center for Human Rights at the University of Zurich, the curriculum was developed specifically for use in Switzerland. In addition to an introductory history of human rights, the book contains a total of 30 activists, 10 of whom are human rights defenders from Switzerland.
Speak Truth to Power UK
Working with educationalists, child psychologists, artists, and human rights activists, Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights UK has created a flexible program that can be deeply embedded in the work of schools. The curriculum has been carefully designed to offer pupils a profound and personal experience with a lasting impact.
