Jason Hanold and Neena Seenandan are co-CEOs & managing partners of Hanold Associates, the leading retained boutique executive search firm specializing in HR and Diversity leadership recruiting.

Jason Hanold serves a client roster that includes the National Football League, Patagonia, Major League Baseball, Gucci, Under Armour, Nike, eBay, Kohler, REI, Google, Fossil, Carnival Corporation, the UFC, Amazon, MGM Resorts, Vail Resorts, Abbott, Biogen, Electronic Arts, Godiva, Fiat-Chrysler, Ford Motor Company, Heinz, Warburg Pincus, Zurich, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Wikipedia, T. Rowe Price, Apollo and Blackstone among others.

Before launching Hanold Associates, Hanold was the Managing Director and Global HR Officer Practice leader for Russell Reynolds Associates a member of the Board of Directors and CEO Practices.

Prior to Russell Reynolds Associates, Hanold led the Global Talent Acquisition for Whirlpool Corporation. Preceding Whirlpool, he was the Director of Recruiting with McKinsey & Company charged with direct-elect partner hiring and based in the firm-wide headquarters in New York. Prior to McKinsey & Company, he was the Americas Director of Global Leadership Recruiting at Deloitte. He started his career with State Farm Insurance companies in operations, progressing into broader human resources roles.

Hanold is pursuing a doctoral degree at the University of Pennsylvania, and earned his Master of Science degree from Northwestern University and his Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University.

Hanold is on the Robert F. Kennedy Human Right Leadership Council, serves on the National Advisory Council for Big City Mountaineers where he was a two-term board member and Chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee. He serves the United States Olympic Committee as a Team USA Athlete Mentor. Hanold lives in Kenilworth, Illinois and is married to Neela Seenandan with four sons.

Neela Seenandan joined the firm from Nielsen, where she was senior vice president of human resources responsible for North America consumer. She was responsible for driving the strategic talent agenda, including recruiting, compensation, talent management, and diversity and inclusion.

Before Nielsen, Seenandan had a progressive career within Aon Corporation, which she joined in 2006 as the vice president of executive talent acquisition and development focusing on strategic senior-level hires across Aon Consulting Worldwide and Aon Risk Services. In 2007, she was promoted to vice president, global head of human resources for Aon Re Global. After the acquisition of Benfield in 2008, Seenandan ran the global HR integration of the newly formed Aon Benfield. She led the HR integration of Aon and Hewitt Associates and became the global head of HR for the integrated business, Aon Hewitt.

Starting in 2000, Seenandan was with McKinsey & Company, where she ran recruiting and professional development for North America and the business technology office. She also worked closely with the senior leadership team in the financial services and insurance practice, and in her last two years at McKinsey she focused on executive development and partner and director performance coaching.

Born and educated in London, Seenandan started her career in executive search with Michael Page. She spent a number of years in the United Kingdom and Prague, where she managed a boutique executive search firm with offices in Central and Eastern Europe.

Seenandan earned her BA in English literature from Newcastle University in Newcastle upon Tyne, England. She’s active with her family and a strong supporter of numerous charities.
