Frank Baker

Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Siris Capital; Co-Chairman, Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights

Frank Baker is a co-founder and managing partner of Siris Capital Group LLC, a middle market private equity firm focused on deep value, control equity investments around special situations in the telecom, technology and technology-enabled business service sectors.

Prior to forming Siris, Baker was a managing director at Ripplewood Holdings LLC, a global private equity firm. He started his career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs & Co. in the Mergers and Acquisitions group.

Baker has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from the University of Chicago. He’s also a Trustee of The University of Chicago and a Director of Sponsors for Educational Opportunity.
