Delia Addo-Yobo

Delia Addo-Yobo is a Staff Attorney on the U.S. Advocacy and Litigation team. She received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was awarded the Constance Baker Motley Scholarship for her dedication and service. She graduated with honors from Stanford University, majoring in African & African American Studies and minoring in History.

Prior to joining RFK Human Rights, Delia worked as a criminal defense attorney at Still She Rises, where she represented clients facing misdemeanor and felony charges. Throughout her time at Columbia, she interned at various public defender offices, including the Clark County Public Defender’s Office, the Neighborhood Defender Service of Harlem, the Bronx Defenders, and the Legal Aid Society. For two years, she served on the Human Rights Law Review as staff editor and operations director for the Jailhouse Lawyer’s Manual, a guide dedicated to helping pro se prisoners understand and assert their rights. During undergrad, Delia worked as an intern for the US Bankruptcy Court and the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
