Urging the State Dept to Protect Human Rights Defenders

We joined 80 civil society organizations from 31 countries have signed a letter urging the U.S. Secretary of State and State Department to prioritize the protection of human rights defenders globally.

What does this look like? Adopting a policy to protect human rights defenders, working with allied governments, and encouraging responsible business conduct overseas.
