RFK Human Rights’ Compass Investors and Lenox Park Solutions to Launch 2024 Alpha Equity Survey
Second annual benchmark survey to measure the DEIA efforts of Asset Management firms

RFK Human Rights’ Compass Investors program is proud to announce its ongoing collaboration with Lenox Park Solutions to advance inclusion initiatives globally, with the launch of the 2024 RFK Compass Investors’ Alpha Equity Survey, the results of which will allow for meaningful year-over-year analysis.
In 2023, RFK Compass Investors partnered with Lenox Park Solutions to conduct our inaugural Alpha Equity Survey of the program's network of investors in an effort to better understand and advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) within the industry. This initial Survey focused on collecting and analyzing data around key demographic information including Ownership, Leadership, and Total Workforce across race and gender. Lenox Park Solutions leveraged data from the survey to analyze RFK Human Rights’ Compass Investors’ network of investors through Lenox Park’s Diversity Impact Score assessment methodology, which identifies opportunities for improvement in advancing DEIA throughout the broader asset management industry.
The findings provided valuable baseline insights into the impact of investors valuing DEIA and promising practices firms can undertake. The results, which offer unprecedented transparency and accountability to stakeholders and the wider community, can be found here.
The 2024 Alpha Equity Survey opens January 17, 2024 and will run until February 19, 2024. Institutional investors and asset management firms interested in participating should contact compass@rfkhumanrights.org.
