Yue Bonnet

Senior Managing Director and Head of Investments, Ariel Alternatives

As senior managing director and head of Investments, Yue Bonnet spearheads sourcing and executing deals, overseeing due diligence, portfolio management and identifying value creation opportunities. Serving on the firm’s Investment Committee, she brings two decades of private equity and growth equity investing experience. Throughout her career, Bonnet has been involved with over $1 billion of investments across a diverse portfolio of companies and has also served on 11 private company boards across various industries. Notably, Bonnet was a managing director in the private equity division of The Carlyle Group, as well as a director in the private equity division of KKR. During her decade-long tenure at Palladium Equity Partners, Bonnet played a key role in fostering growth through strategic investments and partnerships with minority-owned businesses, particularly in buyout and growth equity transactions. Bonnet lives in New York with her husband and two sons, William (9) and James (6).
