Tracy Harris Partner – Investor Relations, Product Strategy and Head of ESG Tracy Harris joined Siris in 2019. In addition to overseeing Siris? Investor Relations and Product Strategy, Ms. Harris also leads the Firms ESG efforts as ESG Committee Co-Chair. Prior to joining Siris, Ms. Harris most recently served as a Partner at StepStone Group, where she served as a Senior Member of the small buyout, growth equity and venture capital sector teams and led the firm?s ESG strategy. Prior to joining StepStone, Ms. Harris served as Vice President, Customized Fund Investment Group at GCM Grosvenor (and the predecessor business at Credit Suisse). During Ms. Harris? tenure at GCM Grosvenor and Credit Suisse, Ms. Harris helped manage the in-state and emerging private equity investment programs. Prior to GCM Grosvenor, Ms. Harris spent eight years with Parish Capital Advisors, ultimately serving as Partner, co-leading the investment process and investor relations function.
