I’m passionate about human rights, specifically voting rights. Texas has some of the most difficult voting laws in the country, and each election cycle many Texans are blocked from voting. The project I’m working on right now is to help get every eligible 18-year-old in the state of Texas registered, or at least have the opportunity to register. Texas election code 13 says that every eligible 18-year-old is supposed to get the opportunity to register, but that is not happening. With this project I’m hoping to help break down some of the unfair and frankly unconstitutional voting practices in Texas. I believe that voting is a right, not a privilege.

New year, new us. Same mission.

Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights is rebranding to honor the legacy of our founder and hero, Mrs. Ethel Skakel Kennedy. From now on, we will proudly be known as the Robert & Ethel Kennedy Human Rights Center

While our name is changing, our mission and work remain the same. We will continue to fight injustice, advance human rights, and hold governments accountable around the world in 2026 and beyond.
