Spencer Wang is the Weil Legal Fellow in the Business and Human Rights team at Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights, where his work focuses on advancing diversified and equitable access to capital. Before joining Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights, Spencer completed an AmeriCorps VISTA term at Fordham Law School’s Feerick Center for Social Justice where he helped coordinate the New York State Attorney Emeritus Program.
Spencer graduated from Emory University with a Bachelors in Business Administration and a double major in Philosophy, Politics and Law. His undergraduate career focused on the intersection between business and social justice where he was a Goizueta Social Enterprise Fellow and helped lead Emory Students for Students, a mutual aid fund supporting low-income students. Spencer has worked across the for-profit and non-profit sectors, including time at Human Rights First and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He is passionate about building sustainable solutions to help address systemic inequities in historically marginalized communities. Following his fellowship year, Spencer will pursue a J.D at the University of Michigan Law School.
