Ms. Raczynski joined Kohlberg in 2020 and was named a Managing Director in 2022. Prior to joining Kohlberg, Ms. Raczynski was Head of Sustainability of Nuveen. Prior to that, she worked in the Investor Relations Department at Voya Financial and as an equity research associate at Calyon Securities and Bank of America Securities. Ms. Raczynski received a M.Sc. in Sustainability Management from Columbia University, an M.A. from New York University and a B.A. from University of California at Los Angeles.
