Robert Schultz

Partner, Capricorn Investment Group

Robert Schultz is a partner of Capricorn Investment Group. Prior to Capricorn, he was the co-founder and partner of Greentech Capital Advisors, an investment bank and asset management firm focused on creating a more efficient and sustainable global infrastructure, which was sold to Nomura in April 2020.  Prior to Greentech, he was a managing director and chief operating officer of Morgan Stanley Fund Services and before that was a managing director and head of Alternative Fund Services, North America for HSBC. Schultz is a Chartered Accountant and received his bachelor of commerce, with honors, from Queen’s University in Canada. He is a director of Help for Children which is global foundation for the prevention and treatment of child abuse.

Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights is rebranding to honor the legacy of our founder and hero, Mrs. Ethel Skakel Kennedy. From now on, we will proudly be known as the Robert & Ethel Kennedy Human Rights Center

While our name is changing, our mission and work remain the same. We will continue to fight injustice, advance human rights, and hold governments accountable around the world in 2026 and beyond.
