R. Kenneth Bryant

Prior to joining Sidereal, Ken was a Managing Director at RLJ Equity Partners, LLC, a middle-market private equity firm where he was a key member of the management team and investment committee. Ken joined RLJ from The Wicks Group of Companies, a middle market private equity firm where he spent nearly eight years as an investment professional and managed many of the firm’s activities in the education and media sectors. He has also worked at Enron Corp. where he developed international infrastructure projects in emerging markets and began his career as a Project Manager at the New York City Economic Development Corporation. Ken is an active member of the community, serving as the Board Chair of Graham Windham, the oldest, nonsectarian child welfare agency in the United States. He earned an A.B. from Harvard College and is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he obtained an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business and an M.A. from the School of Arts and Sciences. He is a Fellow of the Lauder Institute International M.B.A. program. Ken lives in Summit, NJ with his wife and three children.

Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights is rebranding to honor the legacy of our founder and hero, Mrs. Ethel Skakel Kennedy. From now on, we will proudly be known as the Robert & Ethel Kennedy Human Rights Center

While our name is changing, our mission and work remain the same. We will continue to fight injustice, advance human rights, and hold governments accountable around the world in 2026 and beyond.
