Nicola Idehen

Chief Operating Officer, Red Arts Capital

Nicola Halsall Idehen is the former enterprise head of people at Citadel. She was previously the chief human resources officer at private equity firm Vistria, and the head of talent development at GCM Grosvenor. She began her career as a fixed income product specialist at JP Morgan Private Bank and a hedge fund product specialist at Lehman Brothers. She received a BA in economics from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is a trustee and former chair of the Presidential Search Committee of Adler University. She is also a member of the Leadership Advisory Committee at the Art Institute of Chicago and the University of Chicago Women’s Board.

Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights is rebranding to honor the legacy of our founder and hero, Mrs. Ethel Skakel Kennedy. From now on, we will proudly be known as the Robert & Ethel Kennedy Human Rights Center

While our name is changing, our mission and work remain the same. We will continue to fight injustice, advance human rights, and hold governments accountable around the world in 2026 and beyond.
