Michael Conley is a managing director of Blue Owl and member of the Dyal Capital Partners Investment Team. Before joining Blue Owl, Conley was with Partners Group, where he was responsible for business development and investment origination. He started on the private equity team in Switzerland, sourcing and executing secondary investments for Partners Group in Europe. Conley began his career at Lord, Abbett & Co. within both strategy and business development. He received a B.S. in finance from Penn State University and an MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University.
