Kirsten Mycroft

Kirsten’s role is focused on ensuring the compliant, ethical use of data and AI to support BNY Mellon’s strategic business goals, enable innovation and safeguard stakeholder trust.

Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Kirsten was the Group Head of Data Privacy and Records Management at Lloyds Banking Group. Her career began in consultancy, where she spent over 15 years helping global clients of EY and KPMG manage their privacy, data, cybersecurity and technology risks.

Kirsten is an ally Co-Chair of BNY Mellon’s PRISM EMEA employee resource group which promotes LGBT+ inclusion. Within industry, she is the Chair of the Data Committee of the International Regulatory Strategy Group (IRSG) and serves on the Advisory Boards of the Future of Privacy Forum (FPF) and the PICCASO privacy and security special interest group.
