Julianna “Julie” Ingersoll joined CBRE Investment Management in October 2021 as CIO for the Americas Direct Real Estate business, with the overall responsibility for the investment strategy, portfolio management, and analytics of almost $34.7BN in AUM (12/31/24). She chairs the Americas Direct Real Estate Investment Committee and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Ingersoll joined the firm from CPP Investments, a C$500BN Canadian Pension Plan, where she was a managing director overseeing portfolio strategy design and execution for 50M square feet of U.S. residential and retail investments. Previously, she was CEO, COO and portfolio manager of RREEF Property Trust, a core diversified open-ended fund, and held senior positions at DWS (FKA RREEF) in portfolio management and business development. Prior to joining RREEF, she held various positions with Deutsche Bank, having joined in June 2001 as an analyst in investment banking.
