Jessica P. Sarowitz

Managing Partner, 4S Bay Partners and Founder, Miraflores Films

Jessica P. Sarowitz is an impact investor, entrepreneur, and founder of Miraflores Films, a documentary company focused on telling stories from historically silenced voices. She is an Executive Producer for With This Light (2023), a film about Honduran humanitarian Sister Maria Rosa, and Freedom on Fire (2022), an Emmy-nominated documentary about the war in Ukraine. 

As Managing Partner of 4S Bay Partners, Jessica leads investments that prioritize equity, inclusion, and long-term community impact. She is the founder and leads the development team of Stocker Street Creative, a $300 million social-impact development in South Los Angeles that will bring Hollywood-grade production facilities, workforce development programs, and economic opportunities directly to local Black and Brown communities. 

Jessica is also the Co-Founder and Board President of the Julian Grace Foundation, which funds education, health, arts, and indigenous rights initiatives from Central America to U.S. cities. An Afro-Latina and a daughter of immigrants, she brings an equity lens to all her philanthropic and investment work. 

She serves on the boards of The Field Museum, Campanile Foundation at San Diego State University, Akko Center for Arts and Technology, and recently completed her tenure as a Board Member at the Sierra Club Foundation and Interfaith America. Jessica holds a BA in Economics from DePaul University in Chicago and in 2022 was recognized with an honorary PHD in Humane Letters by the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at DePaul University.
