Graeme Strickland

Graeme Strickland is based in North Carolina and works for his hometown state representative, Rep. Gloristine Brown (NC-08), in the North Carolina General Assembly. As Legislative Assistant, his policy portfolio includes health care, infrastructure technology, and economic and workforce development. Previously, he worked for Ernst & Young’s Government & Public Sector practice where he staffed its Federal Communications Commission engagement.

Graeme continues to see economic equality and equity as the pillars of his future work and aspirations. He has served on the Speak Truth to Power Youth Advisory Board since 2020 and also serves as a board member for the Association of Young Americans, a 501(c)(4) which advocates on Capitol Hill for climate, health, and education policy on behalf of all young people.

Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights is rebranding to honor the legacy of our founder and hero, Mrs. Ethel Skakel Kennedy. From now on, we will proudly be known as the Robert & Ethel Kennedy Human Rights Center

While our name is changing, our mission and work remain the same. We will continue to fight injustice, advance human rights, and hold governments accountable around the world in 2026 and beyond.
