Ejim Achi is co-chair of Greenberg Traurig’s Global Corporate Practice and its Private Equity Practice, co-managing shareholder of the firm’s New York office, co-chair of the firm’s New York Corporate Practice, and serves on the firm’s Executive Committee. He represents private equity sponsors in connection with buyouts, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, restructurings and other investments spanning a wide range of industries and sectors, with particular emphasis on technology, healthcare, business services, consumer goods, industrials, hospitality and infrastructure.
