Christopher G. Kennedy, Jr. has 5 years of providing strategic, financial, and operational advisory expertise. He has experience in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, management buyouts, recapitalizations and restructurings for corporate clients and private equity investors. Kennedy’s transaction advisory experience involves both growth oriented companies and distressed companies through sell-side representations, buy-side management, corporate restructurings and the placement of capital. Additionally, he has experience identifying and evaluating investment opportunities.
Outside his professional work, Kennedy launched a hunger relief social business that serves communities across central Vermont, and serves in a number of roles across numerous start-ups and national non-profits. He has participated in various positions in local, state, and national political campaigns. Kennedy received his bachelor of arts degree from Middlebury College and holds various certifications/licenses from financial regulatory organizations.
