Board Relations Contractor

As a Board Relations Associate, Ballina is responsible to assist the CGO in drafting materials and agendas, support Senior Management with board and donor stewardship programs, collate and maintain CRM databases, organize scheduling needs within the board, and support event planning. Ballina grew up in Prishtina, Kosovo, and is currently based in New York. She recently graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in political science and diplomatic history. She previously interned at the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and the Department of State. During her free time, Ballina is an avid lover of cinema, cooking, and traveling.

Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights is rebranding to honor the legacy of our founder and hero, Mrs. Ethel Skakel Kennedy. From now on, we will proudly be known as the Robert & Ethel Kennedy Human Rights Center

While our name is changing, our mission and work remain the same. We will continue to fight injustice, advance human rights, and hold governments accountable around the world in 2026 and beyond.
