Ashley Pullen is the Head of Investor Relations and oversees the Business and Human Rights (BHR) team. Together, they work with a network of 300 investors who collectively manage $7 trillion in assets globally, as well as impact-oriented companies, to embed human rights and social justice considerations into their business practices and investment strategies. Ashley sets the strategic direction for the team, oversees key investor and stakeholder engagement, cultivates partnerships, and drives revenue growth.
Ashley has twelve years of experience across public and private markets spearheading investor relations, capital formation, and strategy for top-tier hedge funds, venture capital, and private equity firms in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
Previously, Ashley served as Head of Investor Relations at 9Yards Capital, a growth-stage venture firm founded by the former U.K. Chancellor of the Exchequer and Head of Marketing at Community Fund, a spin-off of York Capital Management. Ashley started her career at the Tiger Fund, Hound Partners.
Ashley holds an M.S. from New York University and graduated bachelors with honors from University of Colorado. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys big altitude mountaineering and is a dedicated member of The Explorers Club.
