Andrew Fohrer joined The Riverside Company in 2019 as a partner along with Managing Partner Sean Ozbolt to launch the Riverside Value Fund strategy. He is involved with all aspects of the investment process and portfolio company management. Prior to joining Riverside, Fohrer was an investment professional with Aurora Capital and Oaktree Capital Management evaluating private equity and special situations investment opportunities. Fohrer began his career in the investment banking division of J.P. Morgan. He holds a BS in business administration from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with honors.
