What motivates you to be a changemaker in your community? I’m motivated to be a changemaker in my community not only by my family and mentors, but by the urgent need for justice and equality. People in my community are still being oppressed and treated unjustly because of the color of their skin. I want to take on criminal justice in my community because it is a structural way for racism to continue damaging people’s lives. I am grateful to be surrounded by mentors who are passionate about criminal justice reform and continue to support myself and other young people to make change in our community.

New year, new us. Same mission.

Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights is rebranding to honor the legacy of our founder and hero, Mrs. Ethel Skakel Kennedy. From now on, we will proudly be known as the Robert & Ethel Kennedy Human Rights Center

While our name is changing, our mission and work remain the same. We will continue to fight injustice, advance human rights, and hold governments accountable around the world in 2026 and beyond.
