Aimee Howard

Paralegal

Aimee Howard is a paralegal on the U.S. Advocacy and Litigation team, where she supports impact litigation and policy work rooted in racial and social justice. She earned her B.A. in Government with a Secondary in African American Studies from Harvard University, where her research focused on urban development, segregation, and how lived experiences were shaped by law and infrastructure.

Prior to joining RFK Human Rights, Aimee worked as an intern at JULIAN, a civil and human rights nonprofit, where she supported police misconduct litigation across Mississippi. Her work included case research, client support, and analysis of patterns of excessive force. Each of these experiences deepened her commitment to accountability, community protection, and civil rights advocacy.

Aimee brings a multidisciplinary lens to her work, drawing on legal research, historical inquiry, and community engagement. She is excited about the opportunity to further develop these skills through the work of the U.S. Advocacy and Litigation team.

New year, new us. Same mission.

Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights is rebranding to honor the legacy of our founder and hero, Mrs. Ethel Skakel Kennedy. From now on, we will proudly be known as the Robert & Ethel Kennedy Human Rights Center

While our name is changing, our mission and work remain the same. We will continue to fight injustice, advance human rights, and hold governments accountable around the world in 2026 and beyond.
