Adam Fliss has over 17 years of experience in law, government affairs and private equity and is a founding partner and general counsel of Patient Square Capital. He was previously general counsel of TPG Capital, the private equity platform of alternative asset manager TPG. Fliss received a BA in political economy from Tulane University and a J.D., summa cum laude from Suffolk University Law School. Fliss serves as trustee of the Ira M. Millstein Center for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership at Columbia University. He is also an active supporter and volunteer with Project Healing Waters, a charitable organization dedicated to the rehabilitation of disabled veterans through fly fishing and fly tying. He resides in Marin County, CA, with his wife Beth and three children, Jack, Annabel and Drew.
