Verite News: Can this Louisiana case be a thorn in Trump’s immigration detention plans?

Our client Carlos Ventura Martinez has returned home after more than four months in ICE detention in Louisiana.

The Maryland man was arrested by ICE despite living in the United States for over a decade and having no criminal record.

Now, following our lawsuit, a federal judge has ruled his detention unconstitutional and he has returned home to his wife and children on bond.
