Charting the Course: Continuing our work to build a more just, inclusive, and equitable economy

No matter who occupies the presidency, our work to engage the business and investment community to address inequality as a systemic risk in order to build a more just, inclusive, and equitable economy and society for the future will continue. As federal protections for human rights including climate justice and economic opportunity will likely weaken in the new year, we must rely on alternative strategies to hold businesses accountable to basic principles and standards.

This moment demands that we strengthen partnerships with investors and build coalitions grounded in shared values that prioritize equity and justice. Our Summer Investors Conference offers an opportunity to advance these efforts to build an economy and society rooted in human rights. Our robust network of institutional investors has the unique power to drive meaningful shifts in corporate practices.

Together, we’ll explore ways to dismantle barriers to access to capital, promote environmental sustainability, advance the development and deployment of responsible technology, and uphold dignity in the workplace. To learn more about previous speakers and attendees, click here.

We look forward to collaborating to drive lasting change.

New year, new us. Same mission.

Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights is rebranding to honor the legacy of our founder and hero, Mrs. Ethel Skakel Kennedy. From now on, we will proudly be known as the Robert & Ethel Kennedy Human Rights Center

While our name is changing, our mission and work remain the same. We will continue to fight injustice, advance human rights, and hold governments accountable around the world in 2026 and beyond.
