Sanaz Raczynski joined Kohlberg in 2020. Prior to joining the firm, Raczynski was head of sustainability of Nuveen. She is a member of the board of directors of CLEAResult. Raczynski received a MSc in sustainability management from Columbia University, an MA from New York University and a BA from University of California at Los Angeles.
