Reyno Norval is Partner and responsible for leading OIC’s investor-focused function, the IDEA Group. Reyno is a member of the ESG Committee and Investment Allocation Committee. Prior to joining OIC, Reyno was a Managing Director at Asante Capital leading several infrastructure and private equity fundraisings, including OIC’s inaugural infrastructure credit fund. Prior to Asante, Reyno was a Principal on the Limited Partner side with Altius Associates (now part of Mercer), a global private markets investment consultant. Reyno was responsible for market coverage of private real assets funds, including leading fund and co-investment due diligence processes across the U.S., Europe and emerging markets. Reyno started his career at Green gas International and EDF energy in renewable power development and project finance.
