Chaz Cocuzza

Mr. Cocuzza is a Managing Director of Apogem Capital’s Private Equity Group and responsible for managing the firm’s primary fund and equity co-investment strategies, as well as certain legacy assets. Mr. Cocuzza brings nearly two decades of experience in the private markets to the firm, including 16 years at GoldPoint Partners where he served as Managing Principal, a member of the Investment and Management Committees, and head of both the firm’s fund of funds and insurance dedicated funds program. Prior to rejoining the firm, Mr. Cocuzza founded Tetra Impact Partners, a values-driven investment firm with an emphasis on providing institutional investors with access to private markets through innovative solutions. Mr. Cocuzza earned a BS in Finance in 2003 from the Rutgers University School of Business.
