Anastasia Titarchuk

Chief Investment Officer and Deputy Comptroller, New York Common Retirement Fund

Anastasia Titarchuk is the chief investment officer and deputy comptroller for New York State’s Common Retirement Fund. As of March 31, 2023, the value of the Fund was $248.6 billion. She is a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York’s Investor Advisory Committee on Financial Markets, and the Treasury Borrowing Advisory Committee(TBAC). Titarchuk was born in Moscow and moved to the U.S. as a teenager. She graduated summa cum laude from Yale University with a BS in applied mathematics. She resides in Connecticut with her husband and 5-year-old daughter Ella.
