The National Immigrant Justice Center’s (NIJC) mission is to establish and defend the legal rights of immigrants, regardless of background, and to transform the immigration system to one that affords equal opportunity for all.

Since 1984, NIJC has been unique in blending direct legal services, impact litigation, and policy advocacy to defend access to justice for immigrants while fighting to transform the U.S. immigration system into one that upholds human rights.
