Chairman of the Council of Economic Advisors reports to the Cabinet

Walter Heller, Chairman of the Council of Economic Advisors, reports to the Cabinet. On the President’s right is Secretary of State Dean Rusk, followed by Attorney General Robert Kennedy, Secretary of Commerce Luther Hodges, Secretary of Health Education and Welfare Abraham Ribicoff, Secretary of Labor Arthur Goldberg, Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara, Vice President Lyndon Johnson, and Postmaster General Edward Day.
