Program Manager, Workplace Dignity
Erika Nguyen (she/her) is the Workplace Dignity Program Manager at Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights, where she works to connect Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights’ legacy human rights work and the values that underlie it to the workplace.
Prior to joining Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights, Erika worked at Human Rights Watch, first as the coordinator for development and outreach in Silicon Valley, and most recently as the senior coordinator in the Women’s Rights Division, where in addition to managing research and advocacy projects, she focused on violence and harassment in the world of work, including in informal sectors; the gendered impacts of the climate crisis; and technology-facilitated gender-based violence.
She is based in Washington, DC. Outside of work, she enjoys a deep dive on Twitter, exploring the art and food scene, and taking advantage of the DC public library system.
Born and raised in Oregon, Erika has a bachelor’s degree in International Relations with honors in the Graduate School of Education from Stanford University.
