Alexander Rougeau

Dale and James J. Pinto Fellow

Alexander Rougeau is the Dale and James J Pinto Fellow on the U.S. Advocacy and Litigation team. He earned his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center where he served as a Notes Editor on the Georgetown University Journal of International Law and worked as a student practitioner in the Health Justice Alliance clinic (HJA). With HJA, Alexander represented clients with health-based claims related to substandard housing and housing discrimination.

Before RFK Human Rights, Alexander served as a legal intern for Mina’s List in Refugee Emergency Response and Resettlement, the Georgia Democratic Party in Voter Protection, and the White House in the Office of Management and Budget. Alexander is from Massachusetts and holds bachelor’s in philosophy from Boston College and a master’s in economic law from l’Instiute d’Études Politiques de Paris. He speaks English and French.
