    Our collaboration with Freedom Now filed a petition to the U.N. Working Group on Arbitrary Detention on behalf of Mohamed Al-Bambary, a Saharawi media activist and human rights defender.

    Our litigation before the IACHR in the case of Juliana Deguis Pierre et al. vs. Dominican Republic aims to combat discrimination and xenophobia towards Dominicans of Haitian descent, and would order the state to guarantee and restore national identity documents to the victims.
