    The Immigration Law and Advocacy Clinic at Cornell Law School focuses on innovative work on behalf of undocumented and DACA communities through the Path2Papers Project and on advocacy for detained immigrants and asylum seekers.

    Together, we sued the Trump administration for creating and operating the State Department’s Commission on Unalienable Rights in violation of the Federal Advisory Committee Act.

    With Cubalex, an organization that offers free legal advice to Cubans, we filed a joint petition before the IACHR to hold Cuba responsible for violating the organization’s rights.

    The Defender Association of Philadelphia provides high-quality, client-centered legal representation, connection to social services, and reentry support to adults and juveniles in Philadelphia, engaging in advocacy and community collaboration to improve the lives of vulnerable populations, protect the Constitution, and ensure a fair and equitable justice system.

  • Defiende Venezuela

    We collaborated to file a petition to the U.N. Working Group on Arbitrary Detention calling for the release of José Vicente García Ramírez, a leader of the opposition Venezuelan political party.

    Democracy Forward Foundation is a 501 nonprofit legal services and public policy research organization in Washington, D.C. Founded in 2017, the organization works to expose and litigate corruption in the Executive Branch of the United States government.

    Disability Law United (DLU)* is a national, nonprofit legal organization that fights for liberation and equity through the lens of intersectional disability justice. Grassroots movements for systemic change inform our work, and we focus on the concerns and goals of people with disabilities who experience barriers and discrimination when attempting to access programs and services.

    Disability Rights North Carolina is a legal advocacy agency that fights for the rights of people with disabilities in North Carolina. We handle cases involving discrimination, abuse and other rights violations. All of our services are at no cost to North Carolinians with disabilities.

Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights is rebranding to honor the legacy of our founder and hero, Mrs. Ethel Skakel Kennedy. From now on, we will proudly be known as the Robert & Ethel Kennedy Human Rights Center

While our name is changing, our mission and work remain the same. We will continue to fight injustice, advance human rights, and hold governments accountable around the world in 2026 and beyond.
