UN Sustainable Development Goals Series

This spring, the Speak Truth to Power (STTP) team at RFK Human Rights will offer its first workshop to train future activists in the goals of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. In this workshop, participants will get an overview of the UN’s primary objectives, including ending poverty, mitigating climate change, and reducing human conflict.

Each installment includes a two part series, one highlighting a youth activist and the other featuring a subject matter expert.

February: Prosperity, Peace, & Partnership

The first installment of this workshop will focus on the UN’s commitment to collective action in attaining its shared goals. Participants will learn more about how nations came together to establish these goals, and the efforts needed to hold individual nations accountable.
