Sancia Dalley

Managing Director, DEI Investment Portfolio & HBCU Investment Strategy, PGIM

In her role, Sancia leads the screening of inbound manager requests within PGIM for the DEI Investment Portfolio while working across PGIM and Prudential to ensure investments within the portfolio meet specific program criteria, increases the universe of high performing MWO asset managers, while remaining true to the enterprise’s fiduciary responsibilities.

Sancia joined PGIM from the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Foundation where she was senior vice president of investor engagement. Under her leadership, the RFK Compass Investors Program grew into a platform of 400 institutional investors and asset managers who collectively controlled $7 trillion in assets under management. Sancia advised investors and partners on the integration of the “S” in ESG; chairing the annual investor conference, while creating a workstream for those emerging and diverse managers in the network to access capital and mentorship. She also co-founded and launched the Alpha Equity Initiative to increase transparency and reporting on DEI within the Compass Investors community.

With over 15 years of experience, Sancia worked with the former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, Richard Holbrooke, to build the first impact NGO led by CEO’s that drove billions of dollars and other resources to countries impacted by critical health issues such HIV/AIDS and malaria. She designed and implemented global health employee and community programs, and co-investment initiatives in Africa; and worked on advocacy initiatives with Fortune 500 companies including the Emmy Award-winning “Get Tested” PSA with the Kaiser Family Foundation and the NBA.

Sancia has a B.A. from Wesleyan College in International Relations and Politics, has fluency in French and Jamaican Patois, and serves on the Boards of the Center for Active Design and the Casoro Group Education Foundation.
