Sherrese Clarke Soares

Founder, Chief Executive Officer, HarbourView Equity

Sherrese Clarke is a two-time founder and CEO with over 20 years of experience in finance, capital markets, and private equity. In 2021, she launched HarbourView Equity Partners to shape culture through investments in entertainment and media. Today, HarbourView manages $2.7 billion in regulatory assets, including 70+ music catalogs and stakes in media companies MACRO and Mucho Mas Media. Before HarbourView, Clarke founded Tempo Music and held senior roles at Morgan Stanley and CIT Group, where she led entertainment finance and capital solutions for intellectual property. She holds a BS in finance from Georgetown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

While our name is changing, our mission and work remain the same. We will continue to fight injustice, advance human rights, and hold governments accountable around the world in 2026 and beyond.
