Martina Rapido Ragozzino is a Legal Fellow in the Advocacy & Litigation team focusing on Latin America. Prior to joining Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights, she earned her LL.M degree in International Human Rights Law at the University of Notre Dame in 2019, and received her JD in 2015 from the Universidad San Francisco de Quito.
Ms. Rapido Ragozzino interned as an assistant of the Ecuadorian Vice-Chairperson of the Committee on the Rights of the Child and as a human rights researcher for Asuntos del Sur. Additionally, she participated in public interest litigation at the legal clinic of her university and worked as project coordinator for her alma mater developing projects with international organizations for the defense, promotion, and investigation of human rights matters, while also directing the Freedom of Expression Investigation Group. As a junior associate, she represented victims in constitutional, criminal and human rights cases at national and international level.
