Marvin Rosen

Marvin S. Rosen practices in the area of corporate and securities law, advising private equity firms, hedge funds, and activist and distressed investors on special strategies. Rosen serves on the board of directors of Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights, the Howard Gilman Foundation, Roundabout Theatre Group, and Nikko Asset Management Americas, and he is on the board of Fusion Connect. He served as the budget and finance chairman for the Summit of the Americas, was the chairman of the Florida Housing Finance Agency, and was the finance chairman for the Democratic National Committee under President Bill Clinton. He served as a director of Terremark Worldwide Inc., until it was sold to Verizon. Rosen received his B.S. in commerce from the University of Virginia, his L.L.B. from Dickinson School of Law, and his L.L.M. from New York University Law School.
