In the July edition of the Justice Roundup:

  • Learn how RFK Human Rights is challenging a secret deportation deal between the U.S. and El Salvador that led to unlawful detentions in the CECOT mega-prison;
  • Discover how a federal court victory in Velazquez v. Kurzdorfer set a new precedent against ICE courthouse arrests and defended due process; and
  • Read how a visit to a secret detention site in Bangladesh is fueling urgent calls for justice and security reform after years of state abuse.

New year, new us. Same mission.

Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights is rebranding to honor the legacy of our founder and hero, Mrs. Ethel Skakel Kennedy. From now on, we will proudly be known as the Robert & Ethel Kennedy Human Rights Center

While our name is changing, our mission and work remain the same. We will continue to fight injustice, advance human rights, and hold governments accountable around the world in 2026 and beyond.
