Marvin S. Rosen practices in the area of corporate and securities law. He advises private equity firms, hedge funds, activist and distressed investors on special strategies. Rosen received his B.S. in commerce from The University of Virginia, his L.L.B. from Dickinson School of Law and his L.L.M. in Corporations from New York University Law School.

Rosen serves on the board of directors of the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights, the Howard Gilman Foundation, Roundabout Theatre Group, and Nikko Asset Management Americas, and is the Chairman of the board of Fusion Telecommunications International, Inc.

He served as the Budget and Finance Chairman for the Summit of the Americas, was the Chairman of the Florida Housing Finance Agency, and was the finance Chairman for the Democratic National Committee under President Clinton. He served as a Director of Terremark Worldwide Inc., until it was sold to Verizon.
